Positive: The location is both good and bad, right in the heart of Clifton Village and near all the nice shops. Nice big bedrooms and space across three floors.
Negative: It is right at the back entrance to the Corrie Tap pub, so avoid Friday night as it is very noisy and lots of young people hanging out in the street for a long time after closing. The beds really need an upgrade, the mattresses sink below frame of the bed, so hard to get in and out and are creaky and uncomfortable. The pillows also need replacing as are very thin and worn out feeling.
Summary: Great location but could do with some very simple upgrades to beds and pillows!
